Indexing and Project Management.

Ensuring the contents of each storage box are comprehensively and correctly indexed is paramount in the management and successful retrieval of archived material.

Safebox's project management expertise extends to the intake of several thousand boxes, ensuring they are fully indexed and quickly available to recall. Our systems based approach enables us to work with your in house management system to make the transfer as pain free as possible.

Safebox is able to offer a complete indexing service, detailing all available information on individual files or box labels as required and cross referencing these to box bar-code numbers. Individual files can also be bar-coded with the full details of each file entered onto our database for additional traceability and peace of mind.

Once indexing is complete a full listing will be stored on record with Safebox and a copy supplied to the client. Boxes and files may then be requested using either Safebox bar-code numbers or a clients own referencing system.
