Safebox's purpose built facility has been designed to ensure maximum security, safety and meet the requirements of all clients. Safebox welcomes site audits by potential and existing clients in order to confirm compliance with their own standards.

Site facilities include:

  • 24 hour digital monitored and recorded CCTV covering all areas, including all access/egress points.
  • 3 phase generator and power change over protection to ensure continuity of business during power failure.
  • Remote access control entrance gate & key pad access to all storage areas.
  • Redcare linked intruder alarms and fire alarms to offices and all storage areas.
  • Smoke detection to BS5839 within all offices and storage areas.
  • 1 hour fire rated composite cladding to all storage areas.
  • 2 hour fire rated 'category 1' deed store.
  • Purpose built media vault.

Safebox's deliveries seek to maintain the same level of security. Our own fully trained and uniformed staff drive Safebox liveried vehicles.

All items in transit are scanned to the vehicle, and then scanned to and signed for by the customer, items being collected are, likewise, scanned and signed for. A computer print-out verifies all items delivered and collected allowing complete traceability.

All Safebox vehicles are fitted with ISO9001 accredited GPS advanced vehicle tracking systems allowing real time monitoring of vehicle locations, along with full reporting capacities. Vehicle movements are viewed on screen allowing strategic and operational issues to be addressed and customer requirements met in a more efficient and timely way. Tracking also increases the security of your documents and data, as well as allowing Safebox to give a client accurate information regarding their delivery.
