This gives direct access to your own records in our Database, allowing you to:

  • Operate easily and efficiently with a user friendly front end portal which can be customised to your requirements and can give differing levels of authority to different members of your staff.
  • View the status of archival material, date entered into store, location within store, date requested and accessed/delivered.
  • Create work-orders to request the delivery of material.
  • Use either Safebox bar-code numbers or your own unique reference information.
  • Check on the status of a delivery
  • Run management reports.
