Safebox offer secure Document Management and Storage in our Off-Site Archive facility near Cambridge.
Secure, confidential and efficient Storage is only a small part of Safebox's Records Management Services. Document Management Services are available for: archive boxes, individual files, patient records, X-rays and large scale plan diagrams.
Security is of major importance when considering an off-site archive facility!
That is why Safebox’s facilities are purpose built and are fully compliant with current regulations and standards and have the latest security features including 24 hour, 365 days a year fire and theft security monitoring and web based CCTV surveillance.
The latest bar code tracking system is in place to instantly check the status of an item registered to the system and searches for access or retrieval, which can be performed within seconds of an authorised request.
Record Management services are available for: archive boxes, individual files, patient records, X-rays and
large scale plan diagrams. Safebox has a specifically manufactured range of archive materials that will allow our clients to increase the maximum efficiency from the Safebox system and are available at very competitive rates.

The advanced bar code tracking system allows users to trace archive material whilst in delivery vehicles throughout the UK, more over the same system can be employed to advise which member of staff within an organisation has requested and subsequently been assigned an archive.
Our clients include: legal, government bodies, NHS Trusts, Medical, Financial Services and many more all of which have found benefit of individual box file trading systems, giving them total control and tracking when a member of staff leaves, becomes ill or relocates.
Safebox has its’ own dedicated vehicles and retrievals are performed either within hours, same day or next day as required. National Customers are serviced by carefully selected and approved Alliance partners.
Clients requiring a more rapid access to information have the ability to store and manage archive material

Boxes, and individual items such as tapes, files and tubes are tracked to exclusive positions within our facilities and all item movements are reported to the central monitoring location.

Our own dedicated vehicles are used for the timely retrieval and delivery of physical items. Safebox’s retrieval procedures operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure compliance with the Department of Health policies for emergency retrieval of patient records.
Clients who require a more swift access to key information, Safebox has the ability to store and manage the data in a traditional way and then either fax back or scan the paperwork via e-mail directly to the requestor.
Safebox have wide-ranging web based solutions, which allow authorised users to access, view and request retrievals via a conventional web browser. Management reports and financial analysis are also available from the system to support budgeting or merely to see which users are accessing the data more frequently.
